Lasting change doesn't come from insight alone, motivation alone, or talking alone. It comes from developing awareness of what is happening in the present, understanding how internal patterns shape external outcomes, and building the capacity to respond differently over time. This approach applies in all my services, by recognizing that life experiences, including adversity, relational wounds, chronic stress, and unmet emotional needs, which shape how individuals think, feel, relate, and function in both personal and professional spaces. These experiences influence confidence, communication, boundaries, leadership, decision-making, productivity, self-trust, and most importantly faith.

My approach to providing transformational solutions in all my services, is grounded in education, compassion, and a deep understanding of how past experiences shape the present.
We focus on the here and now, rather than remaining solely anchored in the past. While history provides context, the work we do together is present-focused, done in a practical way and at your pace in order to move forward. The emphasis is on understanding patterns, identifying what part of you is being activated. This approach integrates self-awareness with lived application. It bridges insight and action by helping you recognize what is happening emotionally, cognitively, and physically. Growth is not forced or rushed. It is supported through education, reflection, and skill-building that honors each individual’s capacity and readiness. Transformational solutions are not limited to one specific area of your life. They apply wherever patterns repeat, tension exists, or alignment is missing, whether in personal relationships, professional roles, leadership responsibilities, or one’s relationship with self, life purpose, and most importantly with GOD. The goal is not perfection or constant self-improvement, but sustainable change that supports steadiness and discernment, over time.
COACHING

Coaching is a forward focused solution oriented approach that supports clients in creating meaningful change by building awareness, capacity, and resilience. My coaching approach is centered on each client’s unique needs, goals, and desired areas of change. Sessions are personalized supporting growth in both personal and professional areas while remaining mindful of how past experiences may influence the present. Coaching is not about labeling or fixing what’s wrong, it's about looking inward, cultivating understanding, acceptance, and compassion, creating space for the capacity to move forward toward meaningful change.
As your coach, I understand how past experiences can show up in current patterns, choices, and relationships. I prioritize creating a psychologically safe, non-pathologizing space where clients feel supported and respected, without being pushed beyond their readiness. When appropriate, I incorporate body-based practices such as breathwork, grounding, and body awareness to support regulation and integration, guided by each client’s comfort and capacity.
My work is grounded in a holistic, humanistic, and solution-oriented framework informed by Islamic psychology. This approach recognizes the interconnectedness of the whole person, mind, body, and soul. It also acknowledges the role of the nafs (ego/self) in how we experiences emotions, make meaning, and respond to life, while honoring our fitrah (innate inclination) toward wholeness and balance.
MENTORING

Mentoring is an insight and guidance based relationship between mentor and mentee, rooted in shared experience, practical wisdom, and lived understanding. Unlike coaching, mentoring allows space for direct guidance, reflection, and the sharing of perspective drawn from real-life experience. It is not therapy or counseling, but a supportive process centered on learning, growing, and informed decision making.
My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed and faith-based lens, offering guidnace that is compassionate, practical, and rooted in lived understanding. As your mentor, I may offer perspective based on my professional background and personal experiences, including entrepreneurship, single parenthood, divorce, and major life transitions. Mentoring sessions often include honest conversation, practical advice, encouragement, and resource-sharing to help you navigate specific challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Many clients naturally move between coaching and mentoring depending on the unique season of life. Mentoring is offered as a short-term or extended support option, typically ranging from a few focused sessions to longer engagement, based on your individualized needs and goals.
SUPPORT GROUPS

I offer virtual and in-person support groups, typically 90 minutes in length, depending on the structure and focus of the group. Each group is thoughtfully designed around a specific theme and may incorporate a variety of reflective, educational, and body-based practices. While some groups may include light coaching elements, the primary focus is on healing, self-awareness, and personal growth within a shared space.
Support groups are not a replacement for therapy. They are educational, present and future focused, and grounded in a holistic, somatic, and trauma-aware framework. Offered through a faith-based perspective, these groups are designed to foster emotional safety, trust, and meaningful connection. I have facilitated groups centered on life after divorce, self-awareness and personal growth, adolescent support and parenting, as well as community-based women’s groups. Each group creates space for women of all ages to feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they navigate life transitions and personal decisions. Through shared reflection and collective wisdom, women naturally gain insight through shared experiences, creating a sense of sisterhood without pressure or expectation.
EDUCATION

I facilitate educational and informative classes and training services designed to support personal growth through a faith-based and a trauma-informed lens. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in addressing physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. These services can be tailored for small peer groups, support groups, community volunteers, leaders, and organizations serving clients within their communities.

My overall goal is to educate, support, and enhance awareness of the profound and long-term impact that life challenges can have on an individual. These sessions emphasize acceptance, compassion, and sensitivity while fostering understanding of human behavior, empowering participants to apply what they learn in meaningful, ways in their personal and professional daily lives. ​
